500 Internal Server Error

I updated the text and hyperlink on the pageborders.dwt and now when I try to
publish, I get the following message:

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the
server administrator, (e-mail address removed) and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the
server error log.

Some of the pages on the site did update, but about half did not. I also
made a few other site changes, but they were simple text, link, and image
changes. Stuff I've done many times before. Is this an issue on my computer
or with something I've done within FP? Or, is this a problem with the web
hosting company?

Did you contact the web host as the error said?

It says to contact the webmaster of the web site. That would be me, right?

Contact your host. Internal server errors are the Hosts responsibility,
unless you have a server side script (asp, php, etc.) that has broken -
this is unlikely during a Publish operation.

Yes but your web host controls the server and would be able to look at the
logs.
