5002 Error on Project Server Account Connection

I have installed Project Server 2003 for a client - the install ran fine and
I have tested various facets of functionality without any problems logging
in as an Administrator using a Project Server User account on several
different computers.

We created 2 new resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool - each one was
added with their Windows User Account details correctly provided. The 2
individuals appeared as Users and members of the Team Members Group in
Project Web Access - the 3 Users have been promoted to be Project Managers.

One user can access both Project Web Access and use their Project Server
Account to access MOPP2003.

Another user can access Project Web Access with Windows Authentication and
can access the Public Documents subweb page in SharePoint, they can create a
Project Server Account that returns a successful connection test but when
they attempt to use their Project Server Account to access MOPP2003 they are
presented with a 5002 error message which renders their Project Server
Account inoperable.

I did a quick search of the newsgroup but did not come up with anything that
matched this particular experience, can anyone help please?
