5266 File Folder Labels

Microsoft Word 2003 - When I choose 5266 File Folder labels and click on New
Document the label format is not appearing. It is just a blank document.

The document contains a table whose borders are turned off. You can see
nonprinting lines by clicking Table > Show Gridlines.
