I'm having a problem with someone account, and sending e-mails. Only one
person on the network is actually having the problem though. They have a
problem sending an e-mail to someone if they are not specifically on the
contact list. She's getting the same error:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'(e-mail address removed) on 9/15/2006 11:11 AM
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for <user>@<domain>.com
The user gets this error with both Outlook 2003, and ACT! If the person
exits out of Outlook though, and goes into there webmail account (OWA), then
they can send the e-mail without a problem. Any thoughts on what might be
causing this?
