It's telling you that you don't have permission to publish/overwrite to the
online stats folder. If you have the stats folder on your local machine (you
don't really need it locally really) you can either mark all it's contents
as Do Not Publish...or possibly delete the local stats folder...I did...but
YMMV. Do not try to delete the online stats folder.
