550 error 2 email addresses

I have 2 email accounts in use within Outlook 2003 and I can not get the
secondary to send email. (The other 3 operations are fine.) I get a 550
every time. " 550 relaying mail to domain.com is not allowed". I have
verified the SMTP login information is correct. My confusion is that is
states that it is trying to relay mail to address 1. I am attempting to mail
from address 2 and get an immediate rejection.

Please help.
