550 not local host

Why do i get the following type of message sometimes when I reply to or
initiate an e-mail?

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: Sweetwater inSync Subscription Confirmation
Sent: 12/23/2005 1:43 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Sweetwater inSync Confirmation from ListManager' on 12/23/2005 1:43 PM
550 not local host lists.sweetwater.com, not a gateway

Many times when I create an e-mail to send to the original sender rathar
than replying the e-mail will be delivered. Please help!!

Try authenticating to the SMTP server (it is an option in the e-mail account
definition). Try using the SMTP server *on* the network to which you
connect. Often off-domain port 25 (SMTP) traffic blocked to thwart spam
from spamming or infected customers.

I get more or less the same message it happens randomly and it does not appear ro matter what ISP i am sending to. It also deletes that parties name from my address book/contacts. here is the message, and thank you whoever you might be
