"550 Relaying denied" for Outlook but not for Thunderbird

Hi guys,

The problem I face is error message "550 Relaying denied" that appear when I
use school's email (the school's email use Novel email) but it won't appear I
use Gmails. This error problem appear for Outlook 2007 only.

However, If I use Mozilla Thunderbird, with same existing 3 email accounts,
the error messeage won't appear when I use both Gmail and school's email.

I have tried so many different solution to overcome error message in Outlook.

Do you guys have any advise what I should do?

You're not properly authenticating to the outgoing server. Does the domain
of the address yo9u're using in the account match the school's domain?
