550 Relaying Denied: You are not authorized to send...

when i send to mail a particular domain i get
550 Relaying Denied: You are not authorized to send mail through this server

but i can send other adresses without any problem
as i know i must not be able to send mail to anyone but i have this message
about only one domain
what can be the reason

phone the owner of the domain - it's either misconfigured or are not
allowing you to send mail in.
