550 relaying mail to msn.com is not allowed

I have two different email accounts - my main account is in Outlook, the second one is MSN, which is forwarded to my Outlook 2003 w/BCM -When I send mail from outlook and my main address - it is undeliverable and I get this message- "550 relaying mail to msn.com is not allowed" - I deleted MSN from my settings in Outlook.....but it did not help. I cannot send mail, only receive.
