551 delivery not allowed......

Hi, I can't get my outlook 2003 to work for sending e-mail.
I've a "stand alone" laptop with ADSL connetcion to Internet.
I can send e-mails with Outlook Express.
When I enter a e-mail adress in the "To" fild, i receive the error:
"551 delivery not allowed to non-local recipient"



But if I enter my own e-mail adress, message is sent.....

Wht can be wrong?
