553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA

I keep getting this message: 553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be
relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)

So i cant mail anyone outside my own mailserver or Lan. Do anyone know if it
is just a setting or?? I used to work, but suddently this message came up.!
