554 relay access denied

I get the message "554 relay access denied" on all reply messages from
Outlook. I have set to authenticate your outgoing server. but the reply is
still using the incoming mail server. I do have multiple email account set
up in outlook 2003 and I am not on the ISP network.

I looked at this article, but a new e-mail goes out fine it is the replies
that wont go out.
