Recently purchased a new Laptop and took advantage of the 60 day MS Office
Trail version. All the applications are working except for Outlook. I click
on Outlook it opens and immediately closes. I click on it again and I
receive the message that it did not open correctly previously and that it
will reopen in the "safe mode". It opens and immediately closes. Then I
click on it again and I receive the error message that it will reinstall and
fix the problem. It goes through the process of repairing the install and I
receive "all is good to go".....I have received this repeatedly. No support
is offered or at least I can't find any...and I am thinking I would like to
purchase it, but not at this rate. I have not been able to use the Outlook
since I installed it...and it will expire in the next 30 days...so I have
already had it 30 days and not been able to use....any suggestions?
