63 meg text file in temp folder

I have a file called OFfice XP Media Content Setup (0004)
_Task(0001).txt sitting in my temp folder. Can I get rid
of this? Looks like something went screwy to make this
so large.

As a general rule you can delete anything in Temp folder, it usually
contains files that apps have generated when 'working' that should have been
cleared out on exit. Also may contain files used in installing apps.
Can also be cleaned out via System Cleanup.
