Reinoud

Hi there,

I registered for the 70-633 exam and was wondering, can anybody help
me with the following questions?
* How long does this exam take.
* How many questions can I expect
* What sort of questions (only multiple choice?)
* What is the minimum score for certification?

Thanx

Hi,

I don't know exactly about the 70-633.
But I pass more certification .net(recently last week) and for each case
it's a pool of questions between 60 and 70. The minimum score is 700.
Maybe it's the same.

I'm just going from memory.
I think there are two or three hours allowed for the exam. You can take less
if you desire.
There are about 60 questions drawn from a larger pool of questions. The
questions you encounter will likely be different from others taking the same
test.
The questions are all multiple choice.
I don't know what the minimum score is for that exam. It is calculated on a
exam by exam basis based on testing the exam against a large number of
people and also through expert input.

The question is what does the pass mark of 700 correspond to?
How many questions right to get 700?
This is where the calibration process comes in.

Reinoud --

I can speak with a bit of authority on this subject since we offer exam prep
classes for both the 70-632 and 70-633 exams. Here's what you will find
when you actually sit for the exam:

1. You are given 2 hours and 15 minutes to take the exam.
2. You will be given 50+ multiple choice questions.
3. You cannot see or use Project Server 2007. You must answer all
questions FROM MEMORY.
4. The minimum passing score is 700.

Hope this helps.

Thank you all,

I have taken the exam this morning with a 933 score.
55 questions in 135min, in my opinion more than enough time to finish
the exam.
