Select Page Setup from the Page Layout tab of the Ribbon, then go to the
Paper tab of the Page Setup dialog, then from the Paper size pulldown,
select Custom size and enter the size of your paper.

Some printer drivers have difficulty with custom paper sizes. In such cases
set the next larger standard size and make up the difference with the
margins.
