8.5 x 15" Stock Certificate Template

Is there any way to make the standard template larger to allow printing to a
pre-printed form that is 8.5 x 15"? I just want to make the field appear in
the places where there are blanks to fill in. This odd size does not let me
view it in print preview in it's entirety. I only get an 8.5 X 11" view of
the 15" page.
