8-fold brochure, where half the document is printed up-side-down

I'm trying to create an 8.5" X 11" brochure, that is folded in half landscape
wise, then folded 4 times portrait wise, i.e. 8-fold brochure. I will need
half of the text and/or pictures to be printed up-side-down.
