Seriously, what you've asked for is to teach you all about database design
AND Microsoft Access. That is no mean feat! Learn what you can through
books, courses and/or trial-and-error, then come back here and ask specific
questions for which there may be specific answers. If you aren't confident
that you can learn enough in the time you have available, then I suggest you
pay a local developer to do the work for you.
