826939 Rollup -- 282 KB Only?

I've been installing updates one by one, as I decide they are
safe. Windows Updater says I need to install 826939--it also says it
is only 282 KB. Is that a stub file?
Or is it possible that there's only 282 KB of the Rollup left
that I haven't yet installed?

I hesitate to install anything directly from the Windows Update
site.

I previously downloaded the entire 826939 file (9MB) from the
catalog on a computer elsewhere, since I knew my dialup would never
handle it.

Which should I install? The 282 from the Update site, or the
whole 9MB package?
