9-11 virus impacting my Word 2000 SR-1

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this problem with Word 2000 SR-1.
If so how was it resolved, cause my client has all the
latest patches for the OS and for the MS Office. But when
word opens up CPU is at 100%.
