9 MB file doesn't print

Hi,
I want to print 10 pages (next to each other) from of a large, 200 pages
documents with numerous images and tables. The print icon does not even
start.
Any ideas how to print the file ?


I use word 2003, Win XP home SP2
Pentium 4 with 1 MB Ram

Can you please provide more information about your printer and how you it's
connected to your computer (Ie: printer cable direct to computer or over a
network)?

The printer is a Canon MPC 600F which is connected by a USB cable. When
starting to print even a single page the printer immediately puts the
printer file in waiting status (en French: en attente). The small icon
that shows the printed pages leaving the printer does not show the
printing. The print of this email that I commanded after the print
command for word worked fine.

Now, word no longer answers and I have to restart the prog and repair
the text.

Could someone orient my to a newsgroup where I might get an answer to my
annoying problem ? Or to a website ? For now, I cannot print our final
project report, and I have to work on it. So, it's urgent

This was a good hint. I got the advice that made my printer work again.
