97 Help is corupt

My Access 97 Help is corupt. It sometimes crashes and at other times is a
mixture of text and garble.
I can not find my disk. Is there a download to replace the bad file and if
so where do I find it?

I'm not aware of being able to download the help file separately.

You may have to do an uninstall and reinstall of Office.
