97 to 2003 conversion issue - HELP

Maybe wrong forum let me know if I should try others.
I'm getting a lockup state when running a process in my database once
updated.

I believe it has to do with this code can someone give me some details.

Hi,
perhaps you need to add reference to Office 2003 object library (and first
remove reference to 97, or any reference to office, which you have after
conversion)
