_border error

i am using frontpage 2002.
when i go to publish my site i am getting this error:

Server error:'_borders' does not refer to a page or folder in this web. It
may be a page or folder in a subweb, or it could be a badly formed URL.

I have found that none of my pages have hyperlinks on them. not even my
banner logo.

I used the template wizard which is an all of my pages have non shared
borders. (i have a dotted line at the top and bottom).
I do know yahoo does except the underscore, because most of my file did
upload,and the one i had to upload throught them took (_themes)

If someone could help it would be great. this one folder is effecting over
75 pages.
I did look at i am far from my storage limit with yahoo.

First make sure you can see _hidden folders in FP
Tools Page Options Advanced - show hidden folders
Then run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

Now check if you have a _borders folder and if you have any pages using the shared borders
In FP 2002 all you can do is search the web (in html - all pages) for:
<meta name="Microsoft Border"

If any page are using a share border you must have a _borders folder

i did that...
but here's something funny.
i didn't know if maybe i deleted something i shouldn't have..i started the
site over
..com(2)
and did about 4 pages and uploaded them and quess what? it works fine.
i don't know what happened before.
