_CommandBarButtonPtr missing definition

Hi,

I am looking for the necessary piece of code which defines the
"_CommandBarButtonPtr".

I tried to obtain it from mso.dll, mso9.dll but in vain.

Could someone help me ?

It is in mso9.dll - the command bars and related controls type library is
shared by all Office apps.

I don't find it. I used VC++6 and via the ClassWizard, I add a new class
via Typelib, then choose mso9.dll but both mso9.h and mso9.cpp do not
contain any reference to _CommandBarButtonPtr

If you have this definition, could you please send me these two files
(mso9.h and mso9.cpp)?
