a 0 to 10 scale

Can I add a 0 (very poor) to 10 (excellent) to an Infopath form? Please note
that I would like the scale to be sensitive so I would like to have fractions
and not only integers.

Please take a look at the Applicant Rating Sample form in Inopath 2003. It
has the rating section worked out and will suit your need.
