How can I put a "banner" or "message" with some hint to visit us on a
Hannover Show stand on every outgoing mail ?

Best regards

Have you taken a look at mail signatures? In OL2007, they can be found here:
Tools menu > Options > Mail Format tab > Signatures

Yeah Vince - but that's for the individual persons salut - or waht you call
it !

It COULD be posible for every user to add teh banner to their signature -
but that's not an optimal solution ...

Could it be done in some other way ?

A corporate-wide "banner" is something you have to implement at your
company's e-mail server, not at the e-mail client (unless you expect
signatures to work and every employee shove in some new message-of-the-
day stuff that you say they should all add).
