I am using gmail imap and recently sent a large attachment through it.
The attachment is stuck and shows up every time the send receive window appears.
I would like to cancel or delete this email but I don't know where and how.
thanks

Try clicking on the message with the attachment in the Outbox and then
pressing the delete key. That should send the offending message to the
Deleted Items folder.

did I mention there is no outbox?
maybe because it's an imap or something but I just don't know where is the message right now.
I know its there because it keeps on popping up with the send receive window but I can't locate it physically.
Any idea?

Log into your account via your browser. Delete the message there.

As far as there being no Outbox, make sure you are subscribed.

All outgoing mail, including outgoing IMAP mail, goes through the outbox
included in Folders on My Computer in Entourage. You should be able to find
the offending e-mail there. Select it and delete it.
