A bug?

If a topic that has been created without any content in the body
(title-only), I receive an error that says:"We're sorry, but there was a
problem with the system and your post was not received. The error has been
reported to Operations and will be investigated as soon as possible. Please
try again later.", when trying to make a reply.

This seems like a bug in the Discussion group when using the web-based
version.
