windows operating system should allow you to turn on a prompt, before it
opens or closes out any document you close the activated prompt asks you if
its a CURRENT DOCUMENT, YES OR NO, that way you dont lose all your current
document short cuts just because you were browsing thru stuff you wanted to
check out. The recent documents folder then will only have your selected
short cuts. Currently when you delete short cuts you dont want, yes it leaves
room for more, unfortunately much of the short cuts you wanted to stay in
there are gone just because of your browsing around when all the things you
browsed you could have said NO to the recent short cut prompt, or even
TEMPORARILY TURN OF RECENT SHORT CUTS WHILE YOU BROWSE. this is a very
agrivating nuisance for 20 years
