A couple snags in a Sharepoint/Infopath Integration

In trying to make a Sharepoint site very user-friendly, is there a way to get
a link directly to the fill out form section (i.e. when a user clicks on a
link in a site on sharepoint it will automatically send them to the Fill out
this form function and open the form in Infopath.)

Also, when using this method of accessing forms, does Infopath have any
numbering functions included in it? I want to create a new number and assign
it to a form everytime a user fills one out.
