A data file did not close properly - Outlook 2007

I use Trend Micro Internet Security and got the following from their tech support - I'm sure you can substitute any add in you are using with this answer:
This is caused by a conflicting Add-in settings between the Trend Micro product and the application you are using. Please follow the procedures below on how to remove conflicting setting on your Outlook 2007

1. Open your Outlook 2007
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Trust center.
4. The Trust center window will pop-up and click on Add-ins on the right part of the screen.
5. Under Manage: COM Add-ins
6. Click on Go.. (Middle bottom part of screen)
7. Uncheck all the Add-ins Exept for TMAS (TMAS is Trend Micro) then Click on OK.
7. Restart your computer.

Trend is as likely to cause this problem as any other Add In. Email scanning
is not required since your real time scanner will catch everything it's been
properly updated for.
