a different type of unwanted text wraping in MS Word

i write a lot of scientific papers and i am pretty anal about numbers being
attached to their units. when i get to the end of a line i sometimes have
the number be seperated from its unit. something like '200 m' will be on
seperate lines. i have found a temperary fix to this problem by inserting a
line break infront of the 200, but this does not help me if i modify the
document inserting or deleting text.

is there a way to 'group' sets of words so that word will not text wrap
between them?
