A few BASIC project server questions- Pre Implimentation

Just a couple of quick questions...

I have been reading up getting redy to get Project server setup. I have a
couple of quick questions though.

I after reasearching a bit I havent been able to figgure out if project
server hosts the WHOLE project plan, or just pieces of it... Basically, here
is what I want to do...

I want to setup project server, put it in our DMZ, and have an outside
company as well as internal employees connect to project server and work off
on ONE project plan... Will this work???

Joe, I'll leave the definitive answer to the experts but I think there may be
a better way. There is probably a way to keep the project server itself
inside your company and provide access to Project Web Access from outside the
DMZ for the outside company.
