A few REALLY quick questions on Project Web

Hi, Can anyone add any guidance on these few questions:

1) Can you add an executive dashboard to this without paying some third
party company 25K for 2 days consulting work?
2) Is is possible to have users submit issues without them needing a project
license?

Ben --

1. If you have the skills and knowledge, you can create the dashboard
yourself. Otherwise, you would need to select a third party company to
create it for you. I have no idea how much someone would charge for the
service, however.

2. In order to submit Issues for projects, users must have a license for
PWA, since they will use PWA to access the Issues feature.

just wondering - what does an "excecutive dashboard" look like? (at 25k for
2 days work it sounds like a concept worth learning!)
