A file can open in too long time.

When I open the same file another PC (not installed
Office2000 service Pack), it opens in 1 minute.
But in my computer it doesn 't open and can open in 20-30
minutes.
In two computer (W2K Pro),the office service pack has not
been installed yet.
Please help us.
