A flag with % complete from predecessor

Hello,

We have Project 2007, I want to create a field (I think it should be a
flag), that will show me "yes" if the predecessor is complete.
Each task has only one predecessor but the predecessor is external.

Please advice

Sorry, a formula can only access data for the current Task. You will need a
VBA macro to do this, especially as the predecessor is external.
