I have a webpage that is built in Frontpage 2003 7 main pages.
I want to put a floating navigation menu on the left side of all the pages
so people can scroll down the page but still have access to the page menu
(rather than having to go all the way to the top or bottom).
Does Frontpage 2003 have this capability or do I have to download the
program from another company?
