A folder by this name already exists

When Outlook tries to receive from MSN I get the following error message -
Task MSN: Folder: Inbox Synchronizing headers reported error 0x80040604 a
folder by this name already exists.

Any suggestions on how I might solve - Microsoft error code sites do not help
