Hi Experts,
My problem may (or may not) be related to Access itself.
Database prepared in A2000, fields are set to use Arial TUR (Turkish) on
forms, converted to A97 format.
Data entry was done on a W98 SE using Turkish keyboard (Q). The pc boots
with keybtr and country.sys. Code page 857 is set via country.sys in
config.sys.
When database is opened in other OS's i.e. XP, Turkish characters are not
displayed properly.
If the data is modified with proper characters in newer machines like XP,
then the 98 systems do not display them properly.
I have tried setting Unicode Support to Yes in table designs, setting sort
order to Turkish in options but just can't rectify the problem.
Any guidance, ideas are most welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Alp
