A Frame Links Page To Wrong Frame

I inherited a frames page and promptly destroyed it. I have a left narrow
frame w/links, a narrow top banner frame w/links and main display frame
w/links. In the browser, the left links open properly in the main display
frame. The main frame links open properly in the main frame. However, the
links from the top banner frame open instead in the narrow left frame.
Frontpage 2000 "Page" view shows all 3 frames but only the main frame page is
visible.
Any help would be appreciated.
