A keyboard swap - Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000

I replaced my keyboard with Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. And
it's "volume control works" as opposed to it's DECREASE AND INCREASE VOLUME
DOESN'T WORK!!! I installed the IntelliType Pro software that came with it.

Everything else works.

How can I get the Decrease and Increase volume to work. Thanks.
