a list of basic features missing in ON 2007..

ive been interested in ON for a while now, finally sat down and gave it some
time today. here are the major problems that are keeping me from using it on
a regular basis:
1) i often need the eszett character (german), which i type easily in ms
word with 'ctrl+shft+&' then 's'. i can get umlauts, accent graves, etc...
but no eszett!
2) no format painter??
3) grid lines revert to blue color whenever you hide/show them (annoying).

Switch your keyboard layout to German in Windows and you'll have
everything you need.

Yep, none.

What grid lines?
