Hi,
Can someone suggest a ideal way to create a resource calendar. We have a
few of these from out 5.5 days and are basically mailboxes with shared
calendars. we haven't setup direct booking (or automatic acceptance or
whatever) yet as most resources, which are all conference rooms, require
catering or projectors etc and this is usually seen and dealt with by
someone. For other rooms this isn't necessary so I'm sure direct booking
would work fine.
Public Folders is another way to go which i would prefer as I believe it's
easier to manage but am I right in saying it isn't possible to view the
free/busy info of a public folder calendar?
Any tips on creating an ideal solution would be much appreciated. Mailboxes
or public folders? should we user seperate resource calendars for things like
projectors or laptops so staff have to book these as well as rooms?
Cheers
Mike.
