A new laptop I've purchased...

I have on this laptop Windows XP, at the time of purchase
I also invested in MS Office 2000 (Prof. Ed.).
Unfortunately, when loading the CD into my CD drive the
application gets half way before a prompt box appears
notifying me 'Error 1305. Error reading from file:
C;\WINDOWS\Fonts\BKANT.TTF. Verify that the file exists
and that you can access it.'

I understand the message is related to the font 'Book
Antigua' and having done an internal search on the laptop
I have found that it is not installed. Can you suggest a
way of installing it or even a way of getting around this
as the Office 2000, with the basic software (Word, Excel,
Access, etc.) is not allowing me to continue or install
without his font/program being allocated/recognised?

If you are unable to advise me, would you please be so
kind as to redirect this message to the relevant
persons/department who may be able to assist in this
matter.

Thanking you in advance, with kind regards,

Mr Razaul Rahman
