In Outlook 2003:
Since CTRL+Q (Mark as Read) and CTRL+U (Mark as Unread) are so far apart on
the keyboard, they cannot be accessed with one hand (at least not by me!).
It would be wonderful if there was a shortcut that actually *toggled* the
Read/Unread state...e.g. the current CTRL+Q...although there's a part of me
that always worries that I'm about to Quit something when I use that shortcut
I've tried to look into reassigning shortcut keys or adding a new macro to
toggle Read/Unread...but I'm afraid VisualBasic and I don't get along too
well so I'm currently stuck.
Does anyone know of a 3rd party solution or a VB script that would get me
what I want?
Thanks for your time!
