Hello, I have a Word document that I use daily. It is not, and has never
been, linked to a data source. However, last Friday I began receiving the
message, "Opening this will run the following SQL command" "Data from your
database will be placed in the document" "Do you want to continue?". Why is
this SQL command suddenly attached to my document, and how do I correct this
issue? Thanks for help.

Well thank you so much. I thought it was taking a little long for advice.
Thanks again.

Sorry, but you've landed in a Mac Word group. You might try getting to one
of the PC Word groups from here:

The only thing I can suggest is to try Edit> Links once the file opens (2003
or earlier). You should find information there as well as an opportunity to
Break the link. As to why it occurred, I have no idea.
