A Problem returns

Hello,

I recently reported a problem of Access07 crashing whenever I opened a table
or query in design view. I was using the Office07 Trial version. Since
then I reinstalled windows and purchased Offiice 2007 Pro. I installed
Office02 and then a few days later, Office07. That was a couple days ago.
Things were going smoothly but I didn't do anything with tables or queries.
Today I added a new table without a problem (it was on the previous
configuration) but when I tried to change a table, the dabase crashed and
came up again. I tried again to make a change in a field name, and it
crashed, but now I don't hav e design view available and no message that the
database is disabled.

In my Trust settings I have the option checked which says, "Show the message
bar in all applications when the content has been blocked".

I also set up the database's folder as a trusted location.

When I first has the problem, I went back to Access02 for development, then
imported the database when I installed my new version of Access07.

Any suggestions about how to solve this would be appreciated.

God Bless,

Maybe I gave too much info in my post so I'll simplify it. Access2007
crashes when I open and close a table, so that I can't edit a table or
create a new one.

It is difficult to believe that no one else is having this problem.

Completely uninstall Office 2007 and reinstall it, I'd suggest.

John ,

That can't be a solution. It is a problem with Access. This happened with
a trial version that I downloaded.. I made a clean install of Windows XP,
and installed a store bought version of Office 2007 Pro. If it happened
those two times under different environments, it will happen again. i don't
want to uninstall and reinstall and open the door for more problems.
Thanks, though.

God Bless,

Mark
